Our approach
Most organisational inquiry starts with policy — what the system says should happen. We start somewhere different: with the everyday reality of people doing the work, and the gap between that reality and the official account.
That gap is where the most important organisational knowledge lives. Our work surfaces it, analyses it, and — crucially — uses it to understand how change actually becomes possible.
Our value to clients depends entirely on our independence. We have no stake in finding a particular answer — only in finding an accurate one.
Lived experience is not anecdote — it is data. The people closest to the work understand it in ways no policy document can capture.
